The Platform is owned and operated by: Samar Capital Private Limited ("SCPL") - CIN: U64990DL2026PTC461299 - Registered office: D-26 Basement, Jangpura Extension, Jungpura, South Delhi, New Delhi – 110014 Technology support may be provided by our group entity Samar Applications Private Limited (SAPL). A group entity Samar Asset Management Private Limited (SAMC) is proposed for PMS business, subject to future approvals.

3. Platform purpose and scope

The Platform may be used for browsing information, learning about services, submitting enquiries; requesting a call/meeting; accessing policy pages and disclosures; and other features introduced from time to time. Regulatory status note: Certain licenses/registrations (e.g., SEBI PMS, AMFI, APMI) may be applied for and obtained in future. Any regulated services, if offered, will be provided only after obtaining applicable approvals and after execution of relevant client documentation.
